Prior to my current role, I served as Associate Dean of Liberal Arts at Southern New Hampshire University, where I provided curriculum oversight for multiple programs. During my tenure, I led a dynamic team, managed faculty, and played a key role in designing the world's first undergraduate program allowing students to seamlessly switch between on-campus, online, and competency-based international programs.
