Biography

Currently an Information Privacy Specialist with Centennial College of Applied Arts and Technology, Ontario, Canada. Worked for several years as a Senior Information Analyst with the City of Toronto and Acting Manager of Privacy and Open Information. Instrumental in helping to develop the City of Toronto's Open Data Portal. Led the City of Toronto's IT Transformation Implementation  Project and was a Management Consultant on the Planning phase of the Project. Also managed the implementation of the Case Management Software for Access and Privacy. 

I am the founder of two major Islamic institutions in Toronto, an author of Children's picture books and a poetry anthology, available from Amazon. 

I love reading, writing poetry, pencil sketching and art.
