Felicia Bianchi

Biography

Felicia began her career in the computer industry in 1987 working in the non-profit sector before coming to the Goizueta Business School at Emory University in 1995. Felicia spent several years as a system administrator for research and email systems at Goizueta. She then transitioned to the central University IT department and managed enterprise wide applications. Felicia is currently a Project manager in the University Technology Services (UTS) project management office . Felicia is a graduate of Wesleyan University and has a Masters of Science in Project Management from Capella University. She is a member of PMI and obtained her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification in 2004. She is certified in ITIL V3 foundations, ScrumMaster and is a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS.)
