Biography

Frances Rowe is Senior Researcher and Instructional Designer for Quinnipiac University Online and she teaches online in the Schools of Business and Education at Quinnipiac. Her expertise is with leading and implementing digital learning. She is a recipient of two awards from the Online Learning Consortium: Learning Effectiveness and Digital Learning Innovation. Her research interests include adaptive learning, simulations, meta-analysis and self-regulated learning.
