Biography
Supporting UTRGV in achieving its goals and guiding principles by creating a framework that leverages next generation technologies and customized learning to expand education access opportunities in the Rio Grande Valley and the rest of the Americas. The framework will rely on an institutional foundation of best practices in distance education, local/ international partnerships, leverages innovative educational trends, and supports faculty/students with state-of-the-art technology and infrastructure to promote academic rigor, teaching excellence, and research innovation in distance learning.
