Frank Neugebauer joined United Educators (UE) in 2012 as its first Chief Information Officer. He brings extensive experience in insurance and technology to UE; Neugebauer formerly served as CIO at the Kaufman Financial Group and CTO at ACORD. At ACORD he was responsible for making the ACORD Framework an industry deliverable.
Prior to those roles, Frank worked within IBM's services group helping large insurers build and maintain policy administration systems. He also worked at a non-standard auto insurer in Michigan, building core insurance systems.
At UE, Neugebauer is leading efforts to take current technology platforms to the next level. UE has extensive data on losses and risks exclusive to the education sector, and Neugebauer will ensure easy access to this data so that UE and its members can make strategic decisions about risk management.
Frank has a Bachelor of Science degree in e-business from Bellevue University and an MBA from the University of Florida.
