Frank O'Quinn

Biography

Frank J. O’Quinn is the Disaster Recovery Officer and Deputy Policy Officer within the Office of the Chief Information Officer at Louisiana State University. He has held this position since September 2005, and is charged with developing and implementing an Information Technology Disaster Recovery Plan for the university. Prior to that, Frank spent twenty-five years on the LSU mainframe systems programming staff and eventually headed the division. Frank received his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from LSU and spent a brief stint in the private sector before returning to LSU.
