Frank Steen

Biography

Franklin Steen serves as Vice President of Technology for the Touro College and University System. Previously Franklin was Chief Information Officer at Hunter College in the City University of New York. Prior to Hunter College, Franklin served as Director of Computer Services, a CIO-equivalent position, for the Harvard Faculty of Arts and Sciences (FAS) for over 11 years. Before Harvard, Franklin was Director of Instructional Computing Services at Yale University and Director of Computer Education and Technology at Choate Rosemary Hall. Prior to his career in IT management, Franklin was an instructor for 15 years, with experience in a wide variety of mathematics, physics and computer science subject areas. Franklin holds a B.A. and M.A. in mathematics from UCLA and a Ph.D. from Columbia University.
