Biography

Fred Baker is a designer at heart!

For more than ten years, he has been practicing and teaching Instructional Design, leading innovative multi-phase projects, and designing and implementing large-scale strategic initiatives. He is currently focused on expanding his work in project management.

Fred holds a doctorate degree in Instructional Design & Development, and certifications in Project Management (PMP), ROI Analysis (CRP), quality online course design (Quality Matters Master Reviewer), and product certification with Monday.com. He has also received recognition for his work in mentorship, scholarly research, and teaching. Fred has extensive experience with a variety of tools, processes, and approaches for designing effective training and instructional systems geared toward improving performance in any organization.

Fred lives with his wife and their four awesome sons in Florida.
