Biography
I work in process improvement at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, in the central IT organization. Areas of focus include: making sure we hire the best people for our organization; developing our managers; setting standards for hiring and onboarding on our campus and other campuses; improving the productivity and performance of new hires for central IT; improving IT services and service provisioning processes. I have a BA in psychology and MA in industrial-organizational psychology.
