Gary DeClute
Biography
Gary De Clute is the Information Technology Policy Consultant for the University of Wisconsin - Madison, where he analyzes the technology implications of laws and regulations, and helps the University develop policies and initiatives leading to compliance. Recent projects include policies and procedures for: Information Incident Reporting; Storage, Transmission and Encryption of Sensitive Information; Cloud Services; and Web Accessibility. Gary has a B.S. in Computer Science and Mathematics, and has served in higher education since 1982.EDUCAUSE Presentations
