Biography

I have had an exciting journey in IT with over 20 years of experience leading various teams in commercial software development, ERP systems support, database administration, identity management, production management, compute and storage infrastructure provision, as well as system architecture design and integration. Even though enthusiastic about technologies, I believe people are the most critical factor in any success. I advocate for striking the right balance among productivity, security, and resources to create business value. I am currently the CMDB process owner for our university and hold professional certifications of ITIL Strategic Leader, CISSP, and PMP.
