Biography
Working 13 years at Soka University of America I have worked in every facet of information technology. Helped to architect and implement the first server, network and storage technologies for a new university campus. Along with my colleagues, created a services organization to support desktop, laptop, audiovisual, printing and imaging technologies. Fostered, guided and most importantly learned from many IT professionals as well as numerous student technicians. More recently, I helped architect and implement and new campus network which included campus-wide wireless access.
In my many years at SUA I have been able to work with some of the most trusted people not just in the IT industry but in academia. Working with SUA'™s faculty, staff and students I have pushed myself to become not only a better employee, not only a better manager, but a better human being. There have been many ups and downs throughout the years and we have always weathered them together.
Previously worked 12 years at Digital Equipment Corporation advancing from programmer to business systems analyst and finally software engineer.
