Education: B.A., 1970, SUNY at New Paltz, New Paltz, N.Y. in Psychology; M.S., 1977, Florida State University, Psychology; Ph.D., 1983, Florida State University, Psychology

Work: Instructor/Professor in Psychology at U.T. Austin (1977-78), Our Lady of the Lake U (1978-80), Univ. of Albuquerque (1984-86); State of New Mexico Dept. of Education, Evaluation Coordinator (1986-88); Director, Academic Assessment, St. Mary's (1988-94); Assist. to the President for Planning & Institutional Research, St. Mary's (1995-Present)

Duties/Experience: Coordinate institution-wide planning and institutional research; conduct analyses of retention, graduation, and all other insitution-wide concerns; Chair, University Computing Policies Committee (review and coordinate all policies concerned with academic and administrative computing - including budget reviews); teaching advanced statistics and research methods in Ph.D. Counseling program at St. Mary's for 10 years.
