Biography

Experience in Information Technology in Higher Education including custom development, supporting business software, launching enterprise software, and devising strategic and operational plans. Volunteered to organize Technology in Higher Education Conference in its second year. As a conference chair, created the conference program and expanded the conference to a collaborative project by all of Education City universities as well as Qatar Foundation's IT and Education divisions. A key team member in the ECAR research Student Mobile Computing Practices -- Lessons Learned from Qatar. Dual Competence: technical and management.
