Glenda Scales
Biography
Dr. Scales is the Associate Dean of Information Technology in the College of Engineering at Virginia Tech. She is responsible for providing IT leadership for the college. She received her bachelor's degree in computer science from Old Dominion University, her master's in applied behavioral science from Johns Hopkins University, and her doctorate from Virginia Tech.
