Glenn Kuntz

Biography

Glenn Kuntz is the Instructional Designer at Penn State Berks and adjunct instructor at Northampton Community College. He is responsible for collaborating closely with faculty members to assess and address instructional design needs, focusing on the effective integration of learning strategies, multimedia, and educational technology. He provides individual consultations and ongoing support to faculty for educational technologies and pedagogical methods, ensuring alignment with accessibility standards and copyright guidelines.

Glenn also organizes and facilitates diverse professional development opportunities, including onboarding sessions for new faculty members on instructional technologies. He conducts research to identify and implement innovative instructional technologies, tools, and approaches, staying abreast of industry trends and advancements. Glenn has demonstrated expertise in multimedia support and development, utilizing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Kaltura Mediaspace, and Powtoon. He also has advanced proficiency in Canvas Learning Management System and ensuring faculty familiarity with its features and functionalities.

Glenn works with Instructional Designers and faculty at other campus locations as part of three Instructional Designers supporting shared academic programs and cross-campus initiatives. He acts as a liaison with university-wide teaching and learning units to foster collaboration and share best practices.
