As Managing Director, Technology Services – Higher Education | Driving ERP Modernization, Cloud Transformation & AI-Enabled Student Success at TCS, I help universities and colleges transform their operations, modernize legacy platforms, and enable long-term institutional success. Based in McLean, Virginia, I lead strategic engagements across North America, bringing together deep ERP expertise, AI-driven innovation, and TCS’s proven global delivery capabilities.

With over 25 years of experience in public sector and higher education, I specialize in guiding CIOs, CBOs, provosts, and institutional leaders through digital transformation initiatives that align technology with mission. My expertise spans:

- Oracle PeopleSoft Modernization – including migrations to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Campus Solutions optimizations.
- Next-Gen ERP & Student Systems – Workday Student, Oracle Student Financial Planning (SFP), and Ellucian platforms.
- CRM & Recruitment Modernization – Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, and Eloqua for enrollment and student lifecycle management.
- AI & GenAI Solutions – enabling Student Lifecycle Optimization through predictive analytics, automation, and personalized services.
