Biography

Glori Hinck DC, EdD is a senior instructional designer for the St. Thomas eLearning and Research Center (STELAR) at the University of St. Thomas in Minneapolis, MN. In this role, she helps drive educational innovation and supports faculty in the design and delivery of online and blended courses. Glori had a long career in health care and health care education before making a career switch into educational technology and instructional design. She earned a master’s degree in educational technology and a certificate in online teaching through Boise State University and recently earned her doctorate in the same program. For her dissertation research, Glori studied quality assurance in online MBA programs. She has over a decade of teaching experience, both online and face-to-face, and has taught a wide variety of courses from physiology and chiropractic technique to social media professionalism and online course design.
