Grace Jackson
Biography
Grace Jackson is the Academic Assessment Manager at the Center for Learning and Teaching, with over 20 years of experience spanning K–12, higher education, and corporate learning. She has led initiatives in online education, instructional design, and learning analytics implementation across multiple modalities. Her work supports faculty and administrators in leveraging LMS tools, assessment strategies, and data to improve student outcomes. Previously a course designer, she developed outcome-based assessments and supported accreditation and program review processes. In her current role, Grace serves as an embedded analyst and report writer, delivering actionable insights to instructional stakeholders. She holds a Ph.D. in Educational Technology from Walden University, where her research focused on communication during learning analytics implementation, an M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction with an Instructional Technology specialization, and a B.S. in Biology with a minor in Chemistry.
