Greg Brignac
Biography
I earned both my Bachelor's and Master's degrees from LSU, finishing my Master's in Human Resource Training & Development in 1996, and have worked in the User Support division of LSU Information Technology Services since that time. I was assigned to lead the customer service initiative of the migration from Blackboard to Moodle during the pilot phase and initial implementation of Moodle during the Spring and Summer 2008 semesters respectively, and currently hold the title of Manager in the newly formed Faculty Technology Center which continues to offer Moodle support to all LSU faculty.EDUCAUSE Presentations
