Biography

Developing my expertise in aligning customer goals and needs to the right solutions began in the late 80's by helping figure out how to make an auto assembly test system work better for the factory floor worker.  Following has been 30+ years of experience in the software arena that also tapped my skills in developing practices to enable that alignment.  Higher Ed Tech has been the place, beginning in 2001, where my passion for performance in education and serving the customer continue to be an excellent match.
