Biography

My career started with a multi-disciplinary graduate degree where I researched various methodologies for developing usercentric IT systems. I have been very customer service oriented throughout my 23 years as an IT professional and educator; the last 13 years I have specifically worked as an IT Project Manager and now as a Program Manager of a Genomic center at Penn State. Accomplished in planning and managing multi-million-dollar budgets and overall personnel management for complex research initiatives. Proven success in building and maintaining IT infrastructures and systems. Knowledgeable in Agile methodologies and tools and ITIL frameworks and processes. Strong team building and leadership for complex deployments to achieve organizational goals.
