Biography

Han Thazin Tun currently works as a Security Operations Engineer at Amazon. She used to be a Lead Security Engineer at OmniSOC - Indiana University in the threat hunting and intelligence field. She holds SANS GCIH and IAPP CIPT and is a part of Women in Cybersecurity (WiCyS) and CyberDEI. She used to work for consulting firms within risk assurance, IT auditing, email forensics, and incident response before joining OmniSOC in 2020. 

Hannah is a double Hoosier alum with a Masters of Science in Information Systems and Bachelor of Science in Business with a triple major from Kelley School of Business. She lives in Madison, Wisconsin with her beagle named Oliver.
