Hans has served as the lead engagement consultant on over a hundred critical searches at Valletta Ritson & Company with a frequent focus in computer hardware, software, electronics, and biotechnology. Functionally, he has most often led engagements in General Management, Sales, Marketing, Engineering and Product Management. In addition to being the client contact for many of Valletta Ritson & Companyâ€™s key assignments, Hans manages day-to-day operations for the firmâ€™s in-house research and recruiting teams and has also served as the Practice Lead for government, nonprofit and academic related engagements.
Prior to becoming a Managing Partner of Valletta Ritson & Company, Hans held key leadership positions within privately held hardware and software companies and a B2B marketing services firm.
Hans holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, Politics and Law from Binghamton University.
