Biography

Heather came to Bowdoin in 2019. Previously, Heather worked with the Information Technology group at Community Health Options in Lewiston, Maine; for the New York State Department of Health, building NY State of Health; and for the City of New York, managing the NYC Health Insurance Link. Heather earned her B.A. in Political Science at City College of New York and her Master’s degree in Public Health at the University of Minnesota School of Medicine and Public Health.

Heather holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and has completed the MOR Leadership Program. Heather lives in Brunswick with her family.
