Biography

Heidi Fridriksson has been working in public higher education for over 10 years first as a teacher and now as an instructional designer. As both a teacher and an instructional designer, Heidi is focused on creating inclusive and engaging learning experiences. In her current role at SF State’s the Center for Equity and Excellence in Teaching and Learning (CEETL), Heidi project manages, designs and facilitates faculty development programming including a fully online course for faculty about teaching fully online courses. Heidi received her BA from Whitman College and her MA in English concentration TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) from San Francisco State University.
