Helen Mongan-Rallis
Biography
Helen Mongan-Rallis is an Associate Professor and Horace T. Morse Distinguished Teaching Professor at the University of Minnesota Duluth (UMD). She teaches, consults, and serves on wide variety of university, college and department committees in the area of educational technology, distance education and educational methods. She is currently the coordinator of the M.Ed. program at UMD. She earned her Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction from Penn State University.Memberships
