He possesses a demonstrated record of accomplishment in development and implementation of student success initiatives. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in enterprise resource planning and administration from Le Moyne College. Also, he earned his sixth year degree as an Educational Specialist (Ed.S.) from Liberty University and is completing a Doctorate of Philosophy (Ph.D.) focused on improving the use Big Data in higher education administration.
