As a Data Analyst at the University of West Georgia, I leverage my Master's degree in Computer Science and my skills in SQL, Power BI, and SSRS to deliver actionable insights that enhance strategic decision-making for the senior leadership including President. I collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop technical data solutions, increasing operational efficiency by ~4%. I also create complex SQL queries, extracting and analyzing data from heterogenous sources to identify key business trends.
