Biography

Ian Kunkes is the co-founder and CEO of EdPros and EdPros Digital, where he leads work at the intersection of accessibility, disability resources, and practical problem-solving for colleges and universities. Known for his collaborative, grounded approach, Ian partners with institutions nationwide to strengthen Title II compliance, modernize digital accessibility practices, and build sustainable systems that support students, faculty, staff, and institutional priorities alike.

Before launching and scaling EdPros, Ian spent his career in higher education leadership, developing a deep understanding of student support, operational effectiveness, and organizational culture. Colleagues describe him as a connector and a strategist, someone who can translate complex regulatory requirements into clear plans of action and build teams that deliver high-quality results.

Ian is also an entrepreneur at heart. He is always seeking ways to expand the scope and impact of EdPros’ and EdPros Digital's services.
