Biography
I started working in Ed-Tech late 2011 when I joined Instructure as an account manager. I then grew the Customer Success Management team that supported the Canvas LMS product over the next 5 years. In 2016 I moved over to run all of Customer Success for the Corporate LMS product Bridge. After a few years running CS for various companies in the Corporate sector I am back in Ed-Tech working for Path. Path is the most innovative student portal for higher ed. We’re obsessed with making great technology, with a focus on improving the student experience. Delivering cloud-based, integration friendly technology designed to drive student engagement, Path pushes personalized information, content and resources to the right people on any device. Our team is comprised of former university executives and technologists, passionate about what we do — our customers recently gave us an incredible 84 net promoter score.
