Biography

For the past 20 years my career has spanned a wide range of senior roles focused on IT instructional integration. My current PhD research examines how to build coalitions and teams across campus divisions and between educators, support services and management. Since 1995, my professional roles have included sourcing, project management and design of online learning resources, the development of online learning communities, the organisation of national conferences and international study tours and presentations at national and international conferences. My experience also includes the development of functional specifications for learning management systems and web services, training needs analysis and procurement and evaluation of online learning programs and resources for national and international business and education clients. My goals are to apply this experience in supporting and encouraging the exploration, sharing and application of new technologies in education and training.
