Biography

Founder & CEO, Employers 4 Change (E4C) | Researcher | Podcast Host

My career is centered on education, learning, and workforce development. I began as a public-school teacher, later taught as an adjunct professor, and now serve as the founder of Employers 4 Change (E4C)—an AI-enabled platform that aligns employer mission, values, and core skills with emerging talent, from interns to contractors.

Through the E4C Academy, I create AI-powered, customized learning experiences designed to accelerate skill development—turning three months of focused effort into the equivalent of a year of experience.

My research, supported by the City of Orlando and the Papa John’s Foundation, focuses on mentorship-driven leadership, multidimensional learning, and skills-based hiring.
The Papa John’s Foundation study, “Creating Leadership Career & Entrepreneur Paths Through Project Management,” examines how project management training and reverse mentoring create equitable career pathways for students and underserved professionals.

Findings from my earlier research have been published on EconStor, ResearchGate, Brainz Magazine, and BTOES Insights.
