Jacinth Coultman

Biography

Dr. Jacinth Coultman is the Vice President for Academic Technology & General Education at Monroe College in New York, where she has served students for more than 25 years.  A dedicated and innovative educator with a passion for developing, designing, and implementing academic technology, she led the College’s transition to the virtual classrooms at the onset of the pandemic and its continual efforts to identify and resolve technology gaps that challenge student success, whether they are learning at home or on campus. The words “No Child/Adult Left Behind” now have a new meaning as it rings through on a daily basis. Dr. Coultman holds a PhD in Education with a specialization in Educational Technology from Walden University and a MS in Management Information Systems from Pace University.
