Biography

Jacob has worked in higher education since 2000. Currently, he serves as the Sr. Product Manager for Ellucian Analytics. He's also held roles such as Enterprise Architect and Sr. Solutions Consultant where he assisted institutions with planning for the adoption of technology in their environments.

Prior to Ellucian, Jacob worked for Sam Houston State University for 16 years. During this time, Jacob served as the Associate Vice President for Enterprise Services for 10 years where he lead developers, DBAs, business analysts, and project managers to implement and modernize the institutions vast ERP ecosystem.

Jacob has experience in leadership, budgeting, strategic planning, software development, IT service management, project management, and more.
