Biography

Alumnus of Earlham College and the University of Michigan–Dearborn College of Business, with degrees in Mathematics, Physics, and Business Analytics. Currently a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst in Institutional Research and Effectiveness, with experience in federal compliance reporting, internal analytics, and research across areas including retention, graduation, admissions, enrollment, course evaluations, financial aid, HR, and transfer outcomes. Skilled in developing reports and scripts to extract and visualize data from internal and external systems. Passionate about improving campus-wide data literacy and accessibility to support data-informed decision-making. Collaborates with Institutional Research and IT Services to deliver actionable insights for senior leadership, faculty, and staff in support of student success and strategic initiatives.
