Biography
Jacqueline Bichsel has led CUPA-HR’s research arm since 2015. Jackie received her PhD in cognitive psychology at the University of Alabama and has been doing research in higher education for 20+ years as both a faculty member and nonprofit researcher. Jackie leads an outstanding research team who continue to take CUPA-HR research and their workforce survey data in new and exciting directions.
