Biography

Jackie Treschl is a Change Manager on the Project Portfolio and Change Management Team in Information Technology Services (ITS) at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is one of the first 200 Master Change Management Practitioners (MCMP) in the world. As a Prosci-certified Change Practitioner and Certified Change Management Practitioner (CCMP), she manages the people side of ITS projects – making sure that campus is prepared for the technology changes. After working in both private industry and K-12 schools, Jackie returned to her alma mater in 2013 and held multiple roles before finding her passion in change management. Jackie co-leads the EDUCAUSE Organizational Change Management Community Group, which she helped launch. She is also a co-founder and co-leader of the UNC CAUSE Organizational Change Management and Communications (OCMC) Special Interest Group.
