Biography
Jaesoon works as an Instructional Design Specialist at UNC Charlotte. She provides expertise in the integration of technologies and best practices of teaching and learning into the course design, collaborates with faculty members on the development of exemplary courses and the redesigning of large enrollment courses, and works to promote scholarly teaching.
Combining academic training in instructional technology at Indiana University, Bloomington and work experiences in human-computer interaction design at Microsoft and Samsung, Jaesoon enjoys incorporating user-centered approaches in technology integration.
