Long time Higher Education fan and key contributor as CIO/Head of Technology for organizations such as the University of Cambridge, University of California, and the California State University system. My focus is always on the customer (students, the public, organizations that rely on our graduates, etc.), innovation, and anything that peope say is impossible!
