Biography
James L. Barrott is a key member of the President's staff at Chattanooga State Technical Community College providing leadership and planning for both administrative and academic computer services. He also heads the Chattanooga Tennessee Technology Center, one of 27 Technology Centers in the Tennessee Board of Regents system. James has a BS in engineering technology from Brigham Young, a MS in engineering management from the University of Tennessee-Chattanooga, and an educational doctorate from the University of Tennessee. He is involved in a variety of community activities in support of professional and personal interests.
