Jim Haug

Biography

Dr. James C. Haug is an Assistant Professor of Management at Longwood University's College of Business and Economics, Farmville, VA. From 2002 to 2007, he served as an Organizational Business Analyst and Contracts subject matter expert with Quality Technical Services, Inc., Virginia Beach, VA. From 1991 to 2001, Dr. Haug was a tenured Associate Professor for Troy University. During his twenty year career in the U.S. Navy, he served as the Director of the Contracts Group and Resident Officer in Charge of Construction, Navy Public Works Center, Pensacola, FL, where he managed the solicitation, award, and administration of construction, repair, maintenance, equipment installation, planning and design work. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Management Engineering from Columbia University, a Master of Business Administration from the University of California at Berkeley, and a Doctor of Business Administration from George Washington University, Washington, DC. He is professionally registered in California as a Manufacturing Engineer.
