Biography
I am an assistant director for the McCombs School of Business computer services at the University of Texas at Austin (http://www.mccombs.utexas.edu). I oversee IT operations including networking, system administration, tech support, lab operations, and IT security. I’ve been working as an IT professional at UT since 1993. At various times I’ve performed tech support, network support, system administration, SQL administration, and web application development. Currently, my main interests are in operational management and infrastructure architecture.
