Biography

Former educator now working in the L&D and instructional design field. Over 25 years' experience in education, educational technology, instructional design, and curriculum development across a variety of corporate enterprises.

A solid foundation in visual and graphic design with advanced certifications from the Art Institute of San Francisco and professional training from Adobe, Inc. in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Obtained Adobe Level 1 and 2 Professional Educator badges.

Two Master's Degrees - one in Instructional Design and Curriculum Development, and one in Instructional Design Technology - have supported my drive to be an innovator in this field, integrating soild ID science and theory with application and practice.

Work with new and experienced L&D people from across the spectrum and across the globe.

Have worked with and designed/developed state-of-the-art training deliverables and publications for the aviation, home builder, home safety, military, and space enterprises.
