James Kulich is Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Elmhurst College, where he heads the Office of Information Services. Jim's group incorporates information technology and institutional research, forming a unit that provides a wide range of institutional information services to the campus in an integrated fashion. In addition, Jim chairs the College's strategic planning council, a group that has primary responsibility for developing recommendations and monitoring progress on all major strategic initiatives at the College. Jim earned a Ph.D. in mathematics from Northwestern University and has an undergraduate degree from John Carroll University. Jim also has a certificate from the Institute for Educational Management at Harvard University.
