James Leonard joined the Rollins School of Public Health at Emory University in 2021 as its Chief Information Officer. James' background, focusing on technology support and customer experience, spans 25 years across many customer-facing industries. James' areas of expertise include analytics, performance metrics, and building positive customer experiences.
