Biography

Michael is an experienced senior executive with demonstrated success improving operations, profitability, and the value of organizations. Expert business strategist who works collaboratively with executive colleagues and clients to plan, set goals, and consistently achieve exceptional results. Provides leadership with integrity remaining cool in high-pressure environments. His clients have included private equity firms in the subject areas of the public sector SaaS and hosted software market. 

An active volunteer, Michael has served on the Board of Directors for the San Diego Futures Foundation, an organization dedicated to bridging the digital divide, since November 2007. 
Also, he has served as a Board Advisor to the San Diego State University, Computer Science Corporate Advisory Board since March 2015.
