Biography
Thirty-five years in A/V technology, including ten years at UC Davis, and twenty-two years at University of Minnesota. Have been involved with technical support, engineering, design and management responsibilities. Hold the Technology System Contractors License for the Regents of the University of Minnesota. Currently manage Classroom Technical Services. Recent efforts have focused on developing lifecycle costs and Classroom Construction Design Standards. (See http://www.facm.umn.edu/cons/Appendices/appendixDD.htm) The Office of Classroom Management is responsible for the 300 classrooms for 46,700 students (23,000 seats and 300,000 sq. ft. of classroom space). Classroom Technical Services is responsible for the technology in these 300 Centrally Scheduled classrooms as well as the media technology design installation and support for the entire campus.EDUCAUSE Presentations
