Jim Reineke is an associate professor of education and college of education technology coordinator at Winona State University. Recent projects include eMerging Voices, a video production project for under-represented youth in area high schools and the Rural Integration of Technology in Education, a US Department of Education Preparing Tomorrow's Teachers to use Technology grant. He earned his PhD from Michigan State University in 1995.
